This workshop will show you how to recognize and avoid common mistakes that make your writing boring, long, and ineffective. A PhD should be interesting to read!

A Research Ambassador will guide you through the basic principles of effective writing; you will have the opportunity to practice rephrasing sentences concisely to enable you to get to the essence of what you are trying to communicate.

You are encouraged to bring your own material with you to work on this workshop.
