This series of workshops will provide you with an overview of the process of coding qualitative data, which is an important part of developing and refining interpretations in your interview, focus group or observational data. The first workshop will give you a basic understanding of qualitative data by examining how to manage and prepare the data before applying any coding. The use of a theoretical framework will be highlighted throughout this discussion. All the participants are encouraged to bring their own piece of data to work on during the workshop.
