The focus of this workshop is twofold:

• To gain an understanding of what makes a high quality thesis; what examiners are looking for; and strategies for success
• To outline the administrative requirements of the student and principal supervisor when presenting a thesis for examination, and gain an understanding of the process from submission to classification.

The Associate Dean, Graduate Research will outline the quality measures used at VU and the Graduate Research School admin team will cover the practicalities around submitting your thesis.
