A frequent comment from supervisors on drafts from graduate researchers is that you need to use your own voice. What do supervisors mean by this? How do graduate researchers know what an academic ‘voice’ in their writing is? How do you develop one? This session will be outline how writers develop their own style or voice in their writing and analysis.
