The 3MT training session provides students with the opportunity to discuss their research topic and receive guidance on how to put together their research into a 3 minute presentation suitable for the 3MT competition. Students will learn the 3 elements of a research pitch, the value of participating in 3MT and how the judges will evaluate the presentations. Students will be guided by Associate Professor Tom Clark (Coach for 3MT participants for the last 10 years and VU lecturer in public relations, professional writing and literary studies).
