This Copyright and Referencing workshop has been developed by the Library for Graduate Research students looking to compete in the 2025 Visualise Your Thesis Competition.

This workshop will discuss APA referencing as required by the competition and we will also cover any relevant copyright for your entry. There will be opportunity for Q&As so think about what you need to know and would like us to cover.

The Visualise Your Thesis competition celebrates research conducted by graduate research students around the world.

Developed by The University of Melbourne, the competition challenges graduate researchers to present their research in a 60-second, eye catching digital display.

Competition submissions are judged on their visual impact and how well the content presents the research.
